Return & Exchange Policy

If something's wrong with your order, we'll sort it out.

What we accept
We offer exchanges and refunds on eligible items within 2 days of delivery. To be eligible:

— Item must be unworn and unwashed
— Tags must be intact
— No perfume or fragrance applied to the product
— Request must be made within 2 days of delivery
— Photo or video evidence of the issue is required

"Change of mind is not a valid reason for a return or exchange."

What we don't accept
— Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery
— Items with perfume or fragrance applied
— Sale or discounted items
— Returns or exchanges requested after 2 days of delivery
— Requests without photo or video evidence

How to request
Message us on Instagram or WhatsApp within 2 days of receiving your order. Include your order details, the reason for your request, and clear photo or video evidence of the issue. We'll take it from there.

Return shipping
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a trackable courier as we can't be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 3-5 business days. For COD orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer.

Exchanges
Exchanges are available for product defects or sizing issues only. We'll dispatch the replacement once the original is received and inspected, subject to availability.
