a. This website is owned and operated by Skribi (hereinafter and throughout this website referred to as "we", "us" and "our"). Our registered office is at *Karachi, Pakistan*.
b. We offer this website, including all information, tools, products and services available from this website to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

Except as expressly stated herein, these terms and conditions do not grant you any intellectual property rights whatsoever in the website and its related software, and all rights are reserved by Skribi. Such content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or used commercially without prior written permission.
5. Products, Pricing & Orders
a. Skribi is a Pakistan-based streetwear brand offering clothing and related products through our online store. All products displayed on our website are subject to availability.
b. We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, colours, sizing information and other details displayed on our website are accurate. However, minor differences in colour may occur due to lighting, photography, device screens or other factors. Customers are responsible for reviewing the available size information and size guide before placing an order.
c. All prices displayed on our website are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Prices, discounts, promotions and product availability may change at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to an order will be the price displayed at the time the order is placed.
d. When you place an order through our website, you are making a request to purchase the selected products. An order is considered confirmed once it has been accepted and/or verified by Skribi. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order in circumstances including: product unavailability; incorrect or incomplete customer information; incorrect pricing or listing information; suspicious or potentially fraudulent activity; failure to verify payment where required; or any other circumstance that prevents us from fulfilling the order. If we cancel a prepaid order, the applicable amount will be refunded according to our Refund Policy and the payment method used.
e. Customers may request cancellation of an order before it has been dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible. For prepaid orders, approved cancellations before dispatch may be eligible for a refund according to our Refund Policy.
6. Payment
We offer payment methods displayed at checkout, which may include Cash on Delivery (COD) and online payment. Online payments are processed through our authorized payment service providers. Skribi does not directly store customers' complete card or payment credentials. For prepaid orders, an order may only be processed after successful payment confirmation.
7. Shipping & Delivery
We deliver orders across Pakistan. Delivery times may vary depending on the customer's location, courier service, weather conditions, public holidays and other circumstances beyond our control. Customers are responsible for providing an accurate name, phone number and delivery address. 8. Returns & Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are subject to Skribi's Return & Refund Policy. Products must meet the eligibility requirements specified in that policy. Customers must contact Skribi within the specified return/exchange period.
9. Promotions & Discounts
Promotional offers, discount codes and other offers may be subject to specific terms and conditions. Unless otherwise stated, promotional codes cannot be combined with other offers. Skribi reserves the right to modify or withdraw promotional offers at any time.
10. Indemnity and Limitation of Liability
